Community Policies to Promote Youth Involvement
There are tons of community groups and clubs in Chelsea, but how many of them include youth in their planning or decision-making? It’s not hard to do, but it is hard to start. SRSLY can help local organizations by drafting model policies for incorporating more youth leadership into boards and steering committees. If you would like to work towards developing strong youth leaders here in Chelsea, email rcurran@srslychelsea.org to learn how.
